“This local McDonald's is one of my favorite McD's in the Houston area. It host a family night once a week where I've spent and made wonderful memories with my son. The atmosphere is always hospitable, the service is welcoming and friendly. If you're ever near Loretta Rd & Grant in the Cypress area whether it's drive thru, curbside, kiosk or counter this McDonald's treats you right!“

“This McDonald’s has the friendliest staff and is always spotless. The background music creates such a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and someone even checks in at your table to make sure everything is okay. This location has become my favorite McDonald’s, and I always feel genuinely comfortable dining here.“

“I loved the service at this restaurant, the food was very hot, the potatoes were very crispy, and the service was super special.
The customer service was very good, the manager was very friendly with clients and with her employees, a very good leader, that caught my attention. In general, they always see very rude managers and this person's name I remember very well JUANA surprised us a lot with her kindness and not only with us we saw it with all the clients“

“They tried to kick my family out the playground right after they delivered our food. Workers wouldn’t go away after I said to let us eat, so I went to talk to the manager all mad, but the girl with the hat and tattoos jumped in to help when she saw I was upset and wasn’t getting anywhere at the front, so she handled it and helped us enjoy our food and let our kid enjoy the play. Perfect deescalation, because no one was really wanting to help or just understand how illogical it was to shut down something early when we’re using it along with others and just got our meal. I don’t know her name, but it was impressive that she caught it from drive thru and helped out.“

“We had time to kill on Christmas Eve and stopped by so my son could eat and so I could work on some things. The employees were kind and helpful. The WiFi and outlets worked well (some McDonald’s restaurants disable their outlets so people will not stay too long which is sad). The place was clean and the food was hot. Great job and Merry Christmas y’all!!“

“I've seen the other unhappy reviews. Perhaps it was just a difference in who was working. I called with a question about a survey code. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and patient with me. I got to the restaurant and picked up a mobile order. Was hot and exactly as ordered. Used my verification code, quickly given more hot and fresh food. Again, exactly as ordered. Very happy with my experiences here. I love getting breakfast here. Great start to my day. I come a few times a month. Never had any issues. Clean, prompt, polite, correct orders. Great service and people. I would recommend. I dont know about the evening shift but the morning shift has always treated me wonderfully.“

“I would like to give this McDonalds 5 star review for their wonderful customer service the workers are great. I can say their wait time could be a little better but understand what’s it’s like to work in fast food restaurants. Overall they never disappoint when it comes to getting fresh food“

“Came here for lunch before a sales appointment at 12:45 PM today. I was accidentally given a regular Big Mac instead of the chicken Big Mac that I ordered. The lady working the front counter (I think her name was Ging) fixed it very quickly for me and came to check on me later to make sure everything was good. She also offered me a refill before I left with a new cup. Good front service lady, food was warm, bathrooms were clean.“
