“I have been eating here several times per month for a couple of years now. I never tried anything I wouldn't order again. It all really has been delicious. A regular order of mine is three cheese enchiladas with guajillo sauce and topped with 2 over-easy eggs. The charro beans are great and the chips and salsa are awesome, too. The owner and staff are friendly and remember you. Go get some!“

“This is not our first trip to Gringo’s but it was the best trip yet. We ordered drinks at the bar to wait for our table. We get in line through the Tex-Mex insider app and it saves us time from having to wait. We wanted an outside table as it was gorgeous outside as fall has finally come to Texas. We were seated and Anthony was our server. He was attentive, personable and friendly. He was great about checking on us every few minutes. We ordered the shrimp empanadas as an appetizer. They were as delicious as usual. We were not in a hurry and we never felt rushed. We were content enjoying college football on the numerous screens around the bar. We ordered beef skirt fajitas and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back and will request Anthony if he is available.“

“My family had the pleasure of having Adrian serve us last night. From the margaritas which were many, to the awesome beef fajitas, this was the absolute top notch service as well as delicious Mexican fare. Best Mexican restaurant in Cypress IMO.“

“I always love a good Triple Dipper from Chili’s!! The location closer to me closed , so i haven’t been in a while. I went on a date and the food was great! The atmosphere was great. The crew had great vibes and even made us laugh. I can tell the night manager loves her job lol. The server was really sweet and attentive as well. I’d def come out of my way to come to this chilis again.“
