They have the best of everything gluten-free. Everything is made without cornstarch as well, which is really helpful for celiac whose food sensitivities extend beyond wheat. I love that they do not rely on oats, which are also inflammatory for many people with celiac.

Truly, an amazing place to get sweet treats, I love their cupcake of the month. Also a great place for gluten-free bread, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, they will give you experiences you haven’t had in years because you couldn’t safely eat, and that’s just the best thing ever. Having a burger for the first time in years on an actual bun instead of with lettuce was amazing.“

“I tried Susie cakes for the first time today, it was delicious. I bought two of their standard cupcakes for about $10 which is typically how much you would spend at any other bakery competing with Susie Cakes. The cake itself is very spongy and the icing is light and airy with a good amount of sweetness. Im not sure why some reviewers are saying the cake is dry, unless they are putting it in the fridge for a snack later that would make more sense. But the cakes are anything but dry. I worked in a bakery as a cake decorator and was very impressed with Susie Cakes. The staff is always so jolly as well. The cherry on top to everything is that a friend of mine has met Susie herself at a convention and had all good things to say about her. In my opinion that makes a place even better when the owner is a sweet and positive person! 🩵“
