“Every unrefined bakery location is fantastic. This one seems to always be stocked.

They have the best of everything gluten-free. Everything is made without cornstarch as well, which is really helpful for celiac whose food sensitivities extend beyond wheat. I love that they do not rely on oats, which are also inflammatory for many people with celiac.

Truly, an amazing place to get sweet treats, I love their cupcake of the month. Also a great place for gluten-free bread, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, they will give you experiences you haven’t had in years because you couldn’t safely eat, and that’s just the best thing ever. Having a burger for the first time in years on an actual bun instead of with lettuce was amazing.“

“Nothing Bundt Cakes has the formula down. Their cakes are moist and delicious. Sometimes I’m driving by and I imagine the bliss I will experience as I bite into my mini chocolate chip bundt cake. The next thing I know I’m standing in their little shop ordering cake and eagerly anticipating when I get to eat it. The portion size is small enough to where I don’t feel guilty eating it but it’s big enough for me to enjoy over the course of a day or two.“
