This is the best downtown hotel for family staycation. The hotel location is great. The room beds are comfortable that is better than JW Marriott. Service is always great. We love to stay at this hotel whenever we want to explore some activities around downtown. Love the Sunday morning buffet that will open from 6:30 am till noon. Overall really good hotel. Rooms are clean, but a bit outdated (like majority of Marriott properties). Location is nice, relatively central. I appreciate the self parking optionHowever I will subtract two stars for absolute disappointment - the club lounge is closed on the weekends. Why?! I always have a great experience at this location. I often travel to Dallas for work and the front desk staff is extremely helpful in recommendations and care. They were especially patient today (2/20) as we navigated some difficultly dining my booking due to a name issue. Highly recommend.
