“Domino's is Domino's... not usually my first choice, but when we order it my kid likes it. It's usually on time, and pretty good late at night.

Kid-friendliness: My 7 y.o. likes it, to me that's as kid friendly as you can get!“

“This is my local Dominos, so I’ve been here a couple of times I love the new Parmesan stuffed crust and the staff has always been kind including the manager bossilo. He is always helpful when I have an issue with my order and is a always kind which is hard to find in fast food“

“Ordered delivery and waited half an hour for delivery on a Monday. Which is fine but when the delivery guy got here and handed me the pizza, it was clearly crushed. I could tell he was waiting for a response but I didn't want to wait for another pizza and went ahead and took it. I was able to report it and was given a coupon code for another order. The food was still delicious and hot. I'm just upset there wasn't an apology or even asked to fix the problem.“

“I just want to give a shout out to the delivery driver I believe his name was Adnan. After he delivered my pizza he realized they forgot my sauces, I said it was okay considering it was cold out and late. About 10 minutes go by and he was out front with my two sauces which I was completely surprised. He showed me that he takes his customer service satisfaction to another lever. So thank you dominoes for recruiting the best.“

“recently visited the Domino's Pizza on Oak Lawn and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed, especially by the police officers present. It's always great to see such a positive atmosphere.\nAnd of course, the pizza was fantastic! It was truly a "five great pizza" – perfectly made and delicious. “My pizza was absolutely perfect tonight. I've ordered at this location for a while now and have gotten the same order
For sometime now, and can honestly say this was the best ever . ( Angel made our oder, so a big props to him ) . Everything was baked to perfection . Especially the mac and cheese .“

“Food was made right and came out warm, nice and tasty. The area is a bit rough if you aren't from around here, but Domino's have a magnetic locking door for everyone's safety. The employees were working pretty hard and the store was clean. I had quit coming here but I gave it another chance and it paid off! I will definitely be ordering from here more since the other pizza place in the neighborhood has gone down hill( Little Ceasers). I love the new mac and cheese, it's delicious!“

“Love this location it's my new local location especially since the young women I believe they had as Management there at the beginning I think it was her store possibly not sure, but she would make pizzas herself and they wouldn't have sauce and be missing toppings on half the pizza 🍕 and worse ..
But the thing she did and had employees do, was accept delivery orders on the phone and online and not have a delivery guy, or have just one single old man ( which he was the only delivery guy ) for a long time, and believe me, he let everyone know that and why your food was cold, late, or never even got there..
Now there is a different guy there and he makes great pizza 🍕 and his team and they even invested in some new delivery vehicles.. and if that women is still there Dominoes you need to let her know something you lost a lot of customers and money on her...“

“I came in right when they opened on a Saturday morning I talked to Dijon. I needed 15 pizzas for pool party. He didn’t flinch. He gave me the best customer service made sure I understood the price. He was great with all the good as soon as they have to order pizzas from here and he saved me.. and my pool party. I will only be ordering my pizzas at this Domino’s. And the pizzas were excellent also by the way“

“Ordered here after a bad experience with another location. I ordered on the app, when we walked in everyone greeted us and was friendly (unlike #6823) we told them the name on the order and it was ready. Tasted great when we got home! Thank you guys 🍕🍕🍕“

“I don’t order pizza very often. I was craving some and decided on Domino’s. Ordered online and I swear the food was here so fast. Still very hot and I had to wait for it to cool a little before I could eat. They got my order perfect and the two pizzas were awesome. Best pizza I have had in a long time. “I came on 04/26/25 at 4:00 the staff was so kind and accommodating. They just had a 13 pizza order came in when a rude obnoxious customer came in and they were so patient with the rude couple. I commend this staff for being so nice to me and for showing awesome customer service! For a busy store I only saw 3 people! Also they were commenting that they did not have AC! In this TX heat! Do better Dominos! Give the staff a raise.“

“I love this location. I always order and start heading out the door and by the time I get there (8 min drive) my order is ready to go. They also provide curbside which is super helpful when I got a little one in the back so it avoids taking him down for less than a minute inside.“

“I have ordered pizza from here numerous times. It’s always great. One time I ordered a “chicken Caesar salad” and I got some iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, about an ounce of chicken, and Caesar dressing. It was not good. Looked like they had just thrown it together and sold it.“

“I haven't had Domino's pizza in years but the recent ads have been enticing me. The parmesan stuffed crust pizza was absolutely delicious. Soft, buttery and garlicky. The wings, though, were just okay. They were a bit undercooked and only had a lazy drizzle of honey BBQ sauce, instead of being tossed and coated like the ad picture suggested. Overall, I still enjoyed my experience. The pizza carried the meal, and next time I’ll ask for the wings to be cooked a bit longer and shaken with the sauce instead of squirted so that every piece gets the flavor love it deserves.“

I watched him on the app went to his location and witnessed the event myself
Now when I called the store they promptly returned my funds but here is the problem
Mr. Ashton is still employed by DOMINOES INC..!!!!!!!!???
I wil continue to order Dominoes Pizza
Just not anywhere in DALLAS /FORT WORTH TEXAS,,, because THE DRIVERS ARE CONSUMING THE ORDERS AND THEN LOGGING DELIVERIES AS COMPLETED
ITS DAMN SHAME!!
And THATS WHY PAPA JOHNS IS GETTING MY BUSINESS AT HOME!

“I often order a medium pan pizza with grilled chicken topping, it's usually made well with melty, scratchy, and chewy cheese, and well cooked grilled chicken.Although sometimes it's not so great; but not so horrible, or repugnant that I refuse to consume it, it's fast food so it can only be so good. But all in all there usually a cut above other domino's restaurants I been to.“

“The food was fresh and hot, and when I got there it was ready and the cashier was polite the time and order all the way round the flavor and texture prefect and the texture was excellent also it wasn't hard and dry it was juicy and easy to eat a 2 topping pizza perfect pepperoni and cheese great“

Unlike many other pizza chains, they'll actually load up your pizza with lots of toppings. Love the pan pizzas and spinach and feta cheesy bread!

Staff here is super friendly, as well!“

“Pizza is always hot and fresh when I pick up, not so much for delivery though. I usually order online with the app to earn points for free pizzas or snacks (appetizer or whatever they're called) either way, free food is good to me :)“

“Excellent service, I ordered a pizza but they realized that it was missing an ingredient, they let me know and apologized, and in 5 minutes they would give me a new one and that's how it was.

“My pizza order tonight was placed and took 3 hours to receive a completed notification in the app tracker but no pizza..I called the store multiple times to verify that I could pick up my order but there was no answer ..I changed my dinner plans as I am literally cooking, there’s a knock at the door. There stands Greg B. to deliver my order and explained respectfully and accepted responsibility that no one showed up tonight because of management change. This is unfortunate but considering the world we live in….not surprising. I am leaving this review not to complain but in appreciation that Greg worked his tail off and saw his job responsibilities through. His character and dedication to what he showed up to do should be applauded and appreciated by the new management team. May better days soon find you.“

“unfortunately, I have placed orders for an Alfredo base/none base multiple times with it being willingly substituted for anything they have without confirmation. Be it tomato, or barbecue. I am currently with a roommate that cannot tolerate either of those. The food is fantastic, as well as the staff – do not get me wrong, love this place.but my criticisms are made unanswered for that particular point. I will continue to order from this place, and I do recommend it. I am just confused on the topic of why the preciseness of my order is not going through to the store.“
