Excellent all-around experience. Great food and great service. Get a reservation because they are normally very busy. There's a separate waitlist to sit at the bar.
I’ve been coming to Hillstone locations for the past 2.5 years, about 5 times per week, and it’s nearly unheard of to have a bad meal or poor service. Excellence is the expectation.
Now, you may have a wait because everyone loves it that much, but you can’t fault them for that.

Hillstone is a popular spot with consistent food and great mixed drinks. The wait for a table can be long, but sitting at the bar ensures excellent service. With easy parking, it's a favorite for many. The cheese bread is a must-try, and the rooftop view adds to the experience. Reservations are recommended, especially on a busy Friday night, but popping in unannounced can also work. The food and cocktails are always perfect, and the service is always exceptional. The red cabbage has the best flavor. The pork chop had a very good flavor as well as the mashed potatoes. This was hands down one of the best restaurants. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and other menu items caught the eye. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of cozy and vibrant. The menu offers something for everyone. The Kale and Pulled Chicken Salad did not disappoint, packed with fresh mint, herbs, and crunchy peanuts, it was flavorful, satisfying. The spinach dip is another standout. Service was exceptional—attentive and friendly without ever making guests feel rushed.
