I'm confused. I order through the app ahead of time. I check in with my code, and now instead of getting my food almost immediately, I'm told they're cooking my food fresh. Cool, 5 minutes later I finally get my food and the burger and fries are both cold to the touch... 1. What's the point of ordering through the app so it's ready when I arrive, if it's no longer ready when I arrive? That's no longer fast food, and completely defeats the purpose. 2.
