Drive-thru a.m. order Lorena the manager is awesome she's the best and my favorite when it comes to making my ice coffee. The Ice coffee is to perfection I love the way she makes it. She already knows me when I come by in the a.m. Mcdonald's needs more manager's like her. She knows how to keep a customer happy.
Expectations are low when walking into the Golden Arches. However when kiosk ordering only, I expect my order to be properly prepared. It was made with default and not what I wanted when I had to personally order. It was kinda clean but not clean as I usually experience at any McDonald’s.
