Until McDonalds stops charging for water and sauce packets, they don't deserve any stars. This is basically the only food place I ever seen that charges for them.
Edit: I ask for simple changes and they're seldom done at all. But this time, I asked for a double cheeseburger burger, no pickles.
Somehow I got a triple burger with only mayo on it.
Edit2: New visit: I don't think anyone hears you when you ask for condiments anymore.
