this is like the fourth time in a row where me and my daughter get two sandwiches and two large fries and the large fries are like half-filled. it's so so frustrating. The large fries are laying in the bag kind of sideways so you can't really tell until you get home and take them out and set them upright. We go about twice a month and love the food but the portion size is just ridiculous lately. It's such a waste of money. We've been going to Wendy's after that last time on July...read full review
The children's play area temperature is rarely well controlled, my two year old and five year old were freezing today and we had to leave once again as we could not enjoy our meal.. Multiple people complained while I was there . I called the corporate office just to be put on hold over and over. Everyone at the call center should get fired.
