The staff, (everyone we encountered from the parking valets to the City Hall Bistro employees, to the concierge and more) were all so welcoming and gracious. We had brunch at the City Hall Bistro and every single employee could not have been more personable and attentive, from Steph (our server) to the front desk, to those who kept our water glasses refilled. Impeccable. What a treat and great morning for my mother. Plus this glorious and historical hotel is completely gorgeous and hugely well-maintained.

I also had the Greek salad, and wow—their Greek dressing might be the best I’ve ever tasted. Seriously addictive. The Chicken Souvlaki was tender, perfectly seasoned, and just delicious all around. Everything was fresh and so tasty. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!“

“Just had our best Cava experience to date! We find one every time we’re in DFW, but this was our first time at this location. Englan was so animated and patient while our kids ordered, we loved the outdoor seating area, and the food was great, as always.“

“Used to love eating at this Luna Grill under prior manager. Now ALL their focus is on catering and to go. I was in line ahead of someone and mgr pulled him ahead of me as he said he wanted a to go and he ordered. And when I ate here late week I waited over 25 min for my meal as they were backed up for catering. Will not be eating here again for a while. Make sure you have lots of time if eating in as they don’t care about you.“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“We were just avoiding traffic and Sevan caught our eye. We pulled in around 2:30pm and were SERVED. The food options were what you would expect at an authentic Mediterranean spot. The specials were perfect! The salad and Gyro were huge! I’m a big dude and it was plenty! I even had to box some up. If you like something a little heavier try the Kashmir Chicken. So delicious. The chef checked on us and made our day :)“

“Second time in and honestly this is the best pita in Dallas. Ingredients are fresh and the food is a delicious take on traditional Mediterranean with a few fun fusion option on the menu. This is a great spot for a causal night or a large happy hour with friends. Patio will be great for the fall!

Personal recommendations are the chicken schnitzel (I swear it works!), broken chicken pita, and the lamb. Oh and don’t sleep on the hummus,truly the best hummus I’ve ever had.“

“I have tried many mediterran redaurants and this has to be the Best i have had. The rice and the chicen and beef kababs were sooooooo juicy and fresh. And You have to try there hummus and tezeki yogurt, oh it's amazing. I tell everyone about this place. The manager and or waitress treated US so kindly and super sweet. “I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. He is also a very humble and kind man and that is an extra bonus. If you want good food in Dallas look no further go to Gorji Restaurant and enjoy good food. Dr. Lisa“
