They didn’t have the rosé we requested, but the alternative was still very good! My bar for wine is anything above yellowtail, barefoot, or apothic so I was very easy to pleas. Highly recommend this place!“

We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“I had a great experience at CAVA NorthPark Center thanks to Malcom and Allie. Both of them provided excellent service friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. They made sure everything was just right with my order and really went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. It’s not often you come across staff that make you feel valued as a customer, but Malcom and Allie definitely did. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Stopped by Luna Grill at The Hill in Dallas and was seriously impressed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked – especially the chicken kabob plate. Super clean space and chill vibes. It was packed, BUT they turned out my order in a snap.
Big shoutout to Jaci and Selena – they were incredibly kind, helpful, and honestly, total stunners. Their service made the visit even better.

“There is more to La Bodega than its delicious rotisserie chickens. Make sure to check out their varied menu full of healthy and tasty options. I'm partial to the chicken panzanella salad and the chicken giardinieria sandwich. The crispy potatoes and mixta salad are great as well. 🍗🥗“

“Popped in for lunch on a Saturday. Absolutely delicious! The mezze plate was huge and everything on it was wonderful. My husband & I both were trying to figure out if we'd ever had a baba ghanoush that tasted as good as this one. We finally decided that this was the best. We also had the goat cheese cigars & a kofta kebab and they were great. Everything was wonderful...the food, the timing of dishes, and the service.“

When you go in, you see the locals visiting that have been coming in for generations. The service is warm and friendly and the food never disappoints. My goto lunch spot in University park.“

From the elegance in plating to the multilevel of depth in each dish was the most delicious and unique food I've had in Dallas. I am eager to try their new menu when it is presented. And You have to try there hummus and tezeki yogurt, oh it's amazing. I tell everyone about this place. The manager and or waitress treated US so kindly and super sweet. Made me feel like how My mom treats me. They also have a cool food mart with organic ingredientes that they use for there dishes that customers can buy as well. 10 Stas! The Best of the bessssst“

You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used.
