“We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sachet. Even without reservations, the restaurant manager, Belen, went above and beyond to make sure we were seated and well taken care of. Her warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the evening, and the customer service throughout our visit was top notch.

The drinks were excellent. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced, and my husband enjoyed a lovely Nebbiolo from their thoughtfully curated wine list.

The food was incredible across the board. The roasted cauliflower with citrus, olives, black chickpeas, hummus, and almond gremolata was bursting with flavor and easily one of my favorite takes on roasted cauliflower. The marinated olives were the perfect starter and paired beautifully with our drinks. The tagliatelle with lump crab, fresno chile, marcona almonds, and mint was rich, elegant, and cooked perfectly. The Texas Wagyu steak frites was incredibly tender and a true standout.

Every bite was memorable and absolutely worthy of a return visit. We loved our experience so much that, at Belen’s recommendation, we also dined at their sister restaurant, Gemma. If you’re looking for elevated Mediterranean cuisine with exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.🤗“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“Kyse and asrral I believe their names were, we’re both working when I went this Saturday night… And they were so friendly and so smiley that it threw me off because I’m just like not used to people being like that anymore. They made the experience so good, they even took the time to make sure my soda cup was all the way full after the fizz. This location is very lucky to have two people with such good attitudes.“

“We were just avoiding traffic and Sevan caught our eye. We pulled in around 2:30pm and were SERVED. The food options were what you would expect at an authentic Mediterranean spot. The specials were perfect! The salad and Gyro were huge! I’m a big dude and it was plenty! I even had to box some up. If you like something a little heavier try the Kashmir Chicken. So delicious. The chef checked on us and made our day :)“

“Not a fan of hookah or alcohol, but otherwise the service was attentive and good was amazing.

$112 total + tax and tip with hummus ($8), falafel ($12), fatoush salad ($15), tea pot ($9) as appetizers, plus tenderloin kabobs ($39) which were priced higher but were big and kafta kabobs ($29). We were both stuffed and they take inkind payment app so we got a discount there as well.“

“Today I stopped by Cava on Garland Rd. This was my first time here, and I enjoyed it. When I first walked in, I was greeted, and served by Rachel. She was pleasant, and very helpful. She was patient, and provided great insight. My food was delicious, and still warm when I arrived to my destination.

“What a delicious and authentic experience in Snider Plaza. This family owned restaurant has been in business for almost 40 years and for very good reason. When you go in, you see the locals visiting that have been coming in for generations. The service is warm and friendly and the food never disappoints. My goto lunch spot in University park.“

From the elegance in plating to the multilevel of depth in each dish was the most delicious and unique food I've had in Dallas. I am eager to try their new menu when it is presented. “I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. From the shish kabob to the hummus to the rice and fried cauliflower and lamb meatball and even the baklava with ice cream suggested by our waitress, we fell in love with a new authentic Turkish restaurant! “Roma's is my absolute favorite pizza place. I've ordered religiously for about 8 months now, I think. My favorite is the Margherita, but I love the plain cheese or pepperoni. “This was my first time having East African food so I was a bit nervous walking in but excited for an adventure! I asked the waiter for advice. They were really friendly and excited to share their favorite food with someone new. They asked me questions about what I liked, and what I’m game to try.

I had a large portion of spicy lamb and small portions of several vegetables. I’m not sure if it directly lined up to a menu item but less than $20 seemed fair, it was all tasty, and I hope to have some more soon!“
