“Let me start of by saying: local Dallas residents really should know how lucky they are to have place like Ngon nearby. I was in recently on business and made my pilgrimage to Noon (an absolute must if you're in the area). Everything we ordered was fantastic. As we were leaving I noticed a radiant woman speaking to some just-seated patrons. I had a feeling... As we were walking out I asked if she was responsible for the food. Beaming, she said: :yes I made everything. I created the menu. This is my restaurant!". I told her that we enjoyed our meal profoundly and that we never come to Dallas without visiting her restaurant. I can't explain, but this lady had the sweetest smile and essentially a magical energy. I would be in weekly if I lived nearer. For the food of course, but also for the vibes. This woman is special and her gift to the culinary world is a superb experience. She deserves the highest of praises. Don't miss this place!“

“I ordered the Vegan Harvest Ramen and the impossible dumplings. Everything was really good, though, I’ve realized I’m just not a big fan of impossible meat. My mom (non veg) also ordered the vegan harvest and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Updated from previous review on 2024-11-16“

“Best Thai place in DFW, don’t believe me come try it. Ordered classic pad thai, pad kee mow, Tom yum noodle soup and pot stickers as an appetizer. To drink , brown sugar boba and taro boba drink.
Other than the food being amazing, the small things that stick out: timing: order to the table, perfect. 10-15 min. Bringing water with boba drinks, awesome. The care the waiter/owner has on everything being a great experience. Overall great great great.
Bonus: let us try a new appetizer.“

“Had previously tried the location in London this year, so was eager to try the location in my hometown. The food was great as it was previously. Service was solid, Angie was a really attentive server took great care of us. Enjoyed it thoroughly, I will be returning.“

“Service and food were good. It was a little bit pricier than I expected. I might come back again and try something else on the menu! I loved that the spice level was true spicy! I didn't have to request extra spice.

“Unassuming spot in a strip mall in West Mesquite that is clean and neat. But you definitely don't go there for the service or the atmosphere. That's missing the point for this restaurant. You go to this mom and pop spot because they make fantastic food. Not everything in the menu is available, but the available items are excellent. Set your expectations correctly and have an outstanding lunch at Ba Lę.“

“This place is phenomenal!! Better than the high end Chinese restaurant that are waaay overpriced. We live in a time when it is really hard to find good Chinese food. And if you find decent Chinese food it’s usually way over priced at a pretend upscale restaurant. This place beats the so called hood Chinese restaurants and the prices are great!!! Highly recommend this place. So glad we found this restaurant! We love the Moo Shu Pork, egg rolls, steamed dumplings and fried rice. We’ll be trying more items for sure“

“A quaint family owned restaurant that has a nice atmosphere and very tasty Thai food. I really enjoyed the Yellow curry w chicken. So much flavor and just the right amount of spice!
The restaurant wasn’t overwhelmingly busy and the restaurant was spacious. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. I’ll for sure to stop back in when I’m back in the area.“

“Tom Yum & Red Curry!These are the two pretty solid dishes - tons of flavor in both! We tried the pad thai… was a bit lacking in tangy tamarind and noodles kinda clumped. Overall, the other two really were good so I’d def would order again.“

“This is a hidden gem if you want yummy different food. The menu is unique and full of flavor. It does not look like A great restaurant, but it's really one of the best spots in Dallas! Gotta have a reservation because it's not a big place. The garlic noodles and bao buns never disappoint!“
