“I placed a pickup order and, just as I was walking out the door, I accidentally dropped my pizza. It was already a long day, and that just made it worse 😭🤦‍♀️. Thankfully, Meryame and Claudia were incredibly kind—they remade my pizza, gave me great service, and even offered me a coupon for my next visit. Their kindness really turned my day around. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—thank you again!“

“You will not be disappointed at this location. The quality of the product is always up to a high standard. The customer care experience is the best. The grey haired gentleman that seems to be in charge should either have his salary doubled or at least a healthy bonus.“

“So I ordered from the wrong one but in my defense i asked the guy 4 times if he was at forest and marsh and all he could say was yes - Forrest. So all good but the actual Forest and Marsh was super friendly. Got me the other pizza huts phone number and offered me just do my pizza there.

Well I called the other place and they were again rude and not really listening. I tried to tell the guy I had an order already in but all he wanted to tell me was that they were closed.

So I went back in and told the man I was ordering there and He had already gotten started on it. Super nice and made my pies just as requested.

Now than I did not eat there as no place to eat but the store needs a solid deep clean all over. I know y’all been there forever but it is major Time to pull all stuff out and clean everything! ESPECIALLY up front as that is where your customers are judging you for anyways. Just my two cents!“

I'd probably have the employees a little further down the way, having a smoke, so the air doesn't get right in your face, but everything else was good as always.“

“Omg!!! Everything was just right the Triple something thingy im sorry. The temperature was perfect the taste of the pizza not over baked just right. “My pizza was really cold when we got it. I had to put in my oven to heat it back up. I understand delivering pizza takes time it took around the time they said it would. But it was still really cold. The delivery driver was a great guy with a good personality. I work in food industry so I get being busy but yeah just warm pizza it tasted worst than lil Ceasars ? and I live pizza hut <3“

“Today Pizza Hut made me proud. The young lady was really nice. They appeared to need some help but all in all I was very happy with my pizza. I think the young lady’s name is Kiyah and she was very nice and made my pizza exactly like I asked but y’all do need to hire some people at this location which is on Ferguson and Gus Thomas.“

“They have always taken care of me and made right any wrongs. I messed up my own order and they still gave me a free pizza even though I tried to make them let me pay for it so I bought a dessert so I could leave them a big tip. Customer Service is alive and well here and I appreciate the staff. they are very friendly and work hard to make their customers happy.“

“Luis, manager and Jose, today, though there are many other top notch staff members, are the very best PH has to offer. My orders are always on time, usually less then 15 minutes, and that has been Super Supreme Pan crust. My orders are hot, fresh, way more toppings generous than other chains, and so well received, by the most professional staff, I’ve come across! This location is my favorite since I lived in LA. “Okay, so I’m pregnant and it’s been so hard to eat anything. I’ve been crazing pizza so I came to Pizza Hut, I was super excited and thrilled to get some food in me. When I opened the box I was so sad because there’s barely any jalapeños and a decent amount of pepperonis. Not the worst, just not the best :(“

“I’ve been coming here for years without any issues. I must say, Pizzahut has saved my pasta. Initially, I wasn’t going to buy the small chili and parmesan shakers, but during my last visit, I picked up about 10 pizzas and also 10 shakers(I was hosting a party) Anyway, I was preparing my dish and realized I didn’t have any parmesan cheese. Then I remembered I had some from my last visit, which really saved the day I love Pizza Hut.“

“they got pretty good pizza and service, but i have a swollen nerve under a gold crown that has swollen again. it hurt too much to chew but doctors and dentist now days don't care how much anybody suffers if the consumer cannot afford to pay them. Better learn to tolerate pain. It only sucks worse when you get older!! Pizza is in the fridge. ENJOY!“

“I'm sure everyone has had a horrible experience at a pizza delivery restaurant but I can tell you that if you're in this area you've found a gem! The customer service from their employees is on point and 5 stars! Andi the manager goes above and beyond to take care of you and every time I call the team is kind, considerate, and friendly over the phone and well, it just feels nice in these modern days! Oh, and not to mention food! I'm a big time pizza guy and not to say other Pizza Huts aren't ok but this particular location never fails to literally make some of the best pizzas, pastas, and desserts I've ever had sincerely! The ingredients are always fresh the pies are always hot and they always pay close attention to detail! Keep it up and I'll keep ordering from y'all! Thanks again team!“

“I've been going to this Pizza Hut for the past 4 years. I love it! 😁 Every now and then a mistake may happen- a driver left with my pick up order once, or one afternoon my order didn't even make it to them. They eventually got it, but they had a hard time doing it. The mistakes have been rare though. They offer great customer service, they're friendly, and the food is awesome! Thanks y'all!!“
