Every time I order food from here it’s ALWAYS hot due to them wrapping my food in aluminum foil! I work for a clinic so getting out to get my lunch can always cause a delay BUT thanks to their food process I’m always able to enjoy HOT food! Other Potbelly restaurants don’t use this method. Thank you for making my food experience pleasurable!
I had a delicious breakfast sandwich at the Potbelly's in Boston's Logan airport. They open early in the morning and offer several breakfast choices. I had the scrambled egg, sausage and cheese; it was delicious! I'd get it again, and wish our hometown Potbelly's would open earlier.

My wife and i came to this location and was pleasantly surprised. There was ample parking. We walked in and was immediately greeted. We were given recommendations by the staff that did not disappoint. We ate inside. The tables, floors, and drink area were spotless! I’d definitely revisit this place often. Job well done!
