“The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. A 10 out of a .10. We had the blackened salmon and sampled the fried chicken wings. Everything was seasoned perfectly, the service was great, the establishment was clean and the cool aid was even good. I will be going back .“

“MAYNE HOLD LUPP muddy muddy situation I be passing this place up alot it's just in a crazy place but this food here I mean I ATE EVERY THING I got the catfish plate my wife got the ox tails NOW YOU ALL READY KNOW IM VERY HARD ON PEOPLE SOUL FOOD this here was off the chain he catfish was so fluffy and meaty he bead had to be just baked French fries was amazing the rice was amazing and foolywooly the dipping sauces was a foolywooly I had to get 3 extra for my fish and the ox tails was so damn good on that rice hey gave plenty of gravy to something that is a must for me we ate it in the parking lot just to enjoy the scenery I'm happy we stopped here I hope you get your food as fresh as I did I mean steaming hot

“Our first night on vacation in Dallas and we were so exhausted we decided to just DoorDash and eat in the hotel room… This was some of the best food we had ever eaten! Such a great value as well!!! “This place has the best soul food in Dallas. The owner is the Black Author, Film Producer Chef Derek LaCaze. The food is on point, i love the dirty rice and oxtails. On Friday night and Saturday they lounge is open. ThT Fried Fish is HITTING!“

“All glory be to God! The customer service is top tier! They treated me like royalty and everything that I ordered was made fresh, hot, crispy and tasty! I actually liked the catfish more than the friend chicken, but that’s just my personal preference. Definitely worth the wait! For the overall experience, I rate it 9.5 out of 10. 💐🤍
Parking: Prepare to park like a power ranger (using your best skill set due to the parking lot being a little awkward in width and angles). It’s worth it though because the customer service is really good!
