Went to the lobby bar after a terrible experience in the restaurant "Villa Azur". Learned the restaurant is actually owned and operated by a 3rd party, not the W. Nia was the fabulous bartender who took the bad taste out of our mouths after a disastrous dinner. The bar manager, Mike, even came by to make sure we had everything we needed and apologize for our bad experience. Overall, Nia and Mike saved the night!
This is a great little hotel bar. I love the W and when I decided to try out the W Dallas for my most recent business trip I was not disappointed . I was in town two nights and both nights Andrea ( ahn-dray-ah) was a terrific. She was attentive, polite, friendly and mixes a perfect cocktail. What an ELEGANT and FUN Place this little Hidden Gem is!!!!!!!! Went here for a couple drinks and to hang with friend. I was happily surprised with the coziness of their interior, wish MY Living Room looked like this! RICHY SMART was DJing and he was FREAKIN' AWESOME!
