They had a sign advertising free nuggets for downloading their app. I did and the promo had been removed from the app, but the location still advertised. After she walked me through the steps to get the free nuggets, it's not there... instead of providing good customer service by apologizing and giving me the nuggets, she says, " we have to remove the sign have a nice day!"... not "unfortunately, we cannot give you the nuggets," there was no empathy, no explanation...nothing......read full review
I ordered through drive through the Apple Pecan Chicken salad, no blue cheese. Why did they leave off the pecans and gave me ranch dressing!!! I really hate that I waited until I got home to look in my bag. This is so disappointing because we trust that the customer will get what they ordered. Wendy's at Harry Hines have to do better. No eating utensils or napkins neither.
