Didn’t receive my food until almost 30 minutes after placing a mobile order. Zero sense of urgency anong any of the employees, all moving at turtle pace while the line is backed up and you have multiple customers waiting for food in the front of the restaurant. This place has terrible time management, and as I can see from the reviews, several other people feel the same way.
DENISON Chick-fil-A... YOU CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! You have wasted soooo much time out of my life waiting for food. And time is money. And when I pay for a specific item(s), I think it is only fair to receive the items as-ordered. And when the food FINALLY makes it to the car AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES - IT IS WRONG! EVERY SINGLE TIME - WRONG! And I mean that it has been wrong the last 8 times in a row! How hard is it to do your job? Every other Chick-fil-A in America does...read full review
The slowest drive through for any chain. Whomever was running it when they opened needs to come back.
