“Woke up extra tired so made an order on the app to pick up coffee on the way to work. The app estimated 18-20 minutes with drive-thru pick up only. Was happy when I got there that you can pick up inside and half my order was ready sooner than the app predicted. Waited for my other portion of the order while the staff worked on a couple big uber eats orders ahead of mine. The team worked together efficiently and the person in charge made sure he spoke to every customer to let them know where they were in the process. He was able to converse in Spanish and English to accommodate and make everyone feel welcomed. He got to me and engaged in conversation vs a blanket greeting. Made me feel welcomed, seen, and sincerely wanted me to have a good day with a well crafted coffee.“
“Wish I could give service 10 stars!! Cadie was our barista, and she was SO friendly and sweet! Made our drinks quick, specific, and delicious! The place was super clean, hardly a wait at rush, and everyone seemed to be enjoying being there.
