Starbucks in Gainesville

“On my wedding morning (3.21.26) I ordered drinks and food for my bridesmaids, pastor, mom, and myself. It was a large order and I sent my groom the receipt to pick it up. When he got there, they didnt have the order in their system, so of course my groom called me stressed out. I talked to the barista and she quickly assured me that she would have it ready soon based on the receipt he had- she even took the time to write everyone's names on the drinks and food so distribution was easy. Of course everything came out great.
Today, (3.24.26) I ordered lunch there and remembered this event, so I checked the bank statement and transaction history on my starbucks account and that order wasn't anywhere to be found! I went in and spoke to the manager, Rachel, and asked to pay, but she said to consider it as a wedding gift! Wow! (I ended up buying a little sweet treat so I could leave a large tip instead.) I'm so grateful for how they handled everything for me on my big day, and even more grateful for them being kind enough to take care of it as a wedding gift!“

“They really should put cream and sugar out for the folks who come in to order just regular coffee. I realize you can ask the folks at the counter for cream and sugar but it would be a lot more convenient if they just put it out for people to get for themselves.“
