The food was delicious BUT the customer service was horrible. The lady working the register was so rude - I watch two people walk away mid-order as she bad mouthed them. Than she walked through the dining area telling people to get out or order more food. The three people working were not dressed as if they worked there and one of the gentleman walked through the dining and back to making food, and not once changed his gloves. We were in Dallas visiting from out of town and popped into the Walmart for some shopping and naturally got hungry. Stopped at the Charley's about a half hour before they closed and the staff was so accommodating. We even met the general Manager Rae who went above and beyond to recommend sandwiches for us. Our faves were the OG and the bourbon, as well as the boneless wings and the milkshake was super tasty as well.Will definitely stop in again when we are in the area.

Walked up at 2:05, ordered at 2:09. At 2:24 was told my order was going on the grill. 3 employees there and appears that only 1 was working. Got my order at 2:28. Quality meat, average taste. Some bites tasted a little burned, but probably just from picking up remnants on a semi cleaned grill. Eating area was clean enough. Just don't expect fast in your fast food.
