This location has been struggling and I’ve been dumb enough to keep giving it another chance. Not after today. We should have walked out when we saw the online order pickup line backed up. No one was in the dine-in line. The food bins were empty or at the very bottom, which is not appetizing. I waited to pay for my food while the rude manager refunded three orders because they had been waiting 20+ minutes for their food. HUGE rave to this Chipotle location. We stop here about once monthly and have never been unsatisfied. I stopped here tonight and unfortunately it was close to closing time and they were without some items (the main ones I came for). The manager was the kindest & made up for it. I believe he was also a veteran? Sadly, I did not catch his name but this location is beyond lucky to have him. Thank you for your service to our country and to this establishment.
