“We went to Portillos for the first time yesterday. We are very happy with the taste of the food. We ordered chili cheese dogs, hot dogs, cup of chili and sides of sweet peppers and giardiniera spicy peppers. All of the food was delicious and we were surprised to see beans in the chili but it was still very tasty. The bread was fresh and tasty too. We live about 20 miles down the road but we will be going back.“

This guy stalled the whole time to go unclog the urinal a simple task. There was piss water all over the floor and people continue to walk in this gross mess tracking it into the dining area wow“

“Jessel, the new employee of only five days is excellent with the customer. Giving him a shout out so that management knows. Regarding the food, it was fantastic. I almost didn’t buy the nachos because they were $10, but it was by far worth every penny. Try their green salsa with it as it adds another dimension. It’s only upon request. I’ve been to multiple Taco Casa’s, and their food quality has always been excellent. No inconsistencies like Taco Bell not always filling up their tacos. This is a great location, I recommend stopping in. …“

“We enjoy going to the University location often. Their employees are sweet with big smiles. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions. And the best part, they help you find better deals. My husband and I used to get 2 orders of the 4 minis for breakfast. They told us they had a 10 mini deal and we could use our points to get extra tots if we wanted an extra one. We've been able to enjoy this every time we've gone. And if a mistake is ever made, they fix it right away without issue. Great service, great food, and sweet people.“

“I asked for someone who was not sight impaired to come and help me download the app because when it came to, I am not a robot, it made me prove it too many times and did not accept my picks of pics. I had to download the app because the TV ad I saw for the discount of half price shake when you buy one was not available unless you ordered it through the app. The girl came out, overcame the obstacles And jumped through the electronic hoops that would take me way too long and make me lose my patience.

Parking: I'm laughin' a li'l bit because while it's free parking, it's not free parking, bcoz if you're parking in a space, they do expect you to buy some food because it's a drive-restaurant , with individual menu boards and speakers per parking space, so you kinda hafta....

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots, a couple of ramps to get up on the sidewalk to go enjoy the small shaded patio dining area“
