Great food, funny name, but it's well worth remembering Metzler's. Yes, they've got exceptional BBQ, but this place holds undiscovered gems. Check out their variety of sandwiches - a fantastic Reuben and my new fav, a Pulled-pork grilled cheese sandwich. Omg, it's yummy, it's unique and it's original.*The Best* onion rings in north TX. I just got BBQ and it was average at best and that’s being generous. The sliced brisket was reheated and fatty. The ribs were decent. The macaroni and cheese was average. Maybe the German food is better. Their beer selection seems pretty good. I may go back for the beer but not the food.
Absolutely wonderful selection of alcohol, food, and bbq items on their menu. I will be coming back here for sure. The potato salad was extremely well seasoned with herbs
