Never had any issues with the food from here but the service is horrible and they never have it ready in the window provided when ordering online. A 10 minute pickup window is already crazy but when I'm 5 minutes past I expect my food to be ready when I arrive
Did anyone even look at this before it was boxed? Half the pizza is just a bubble. I would have gladly waited for a new one.
The last 7 or 8 times I've ordered from this location they always seem to mess up my order in one way or another.
Whether it's making a Medium instead of a large Pizza, forgetting the sauce, always cutting the pizza into 6 slices instead of 8, etc. While the food itself is still good, I can not recommend ordering from this location, especially when there is another location with in 8 miles that's far more consistent on actually getting my orders right.

Papa Johns Pizza offers a standard recipe pizza that might not suit everyone's taste, but the staff still does a wonderful job despite being busy. Customers often order takeout from this location, but sometimes experience issues like overcooked crust and pizzas not being pre-sliced. However, the helpful staff, like Jake, receive high praise for their excellent service.
