“Been coming here once a month since they opened. Three words.....AN INCREDIBLE PLACE. Food is plentiful and delicious.....every time I have been. Atmosphere is a little small but it really adds to the whole experience. Can't say enough about how incredibly friendly the staff is......EVERYTIME I have been. Waiting for a table is not unexpected this place is THAT GOOD!“

“I enjoyed breakfast at the new Waffle House in Cedar Hill today (June 28, 2026). This was my second visit, and I truly love the ambiance. The food is always good, and the cooks and waitstaff have such great attitudes, making every visit enjoyable.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Irene. She was working incredibly hard, taking names for table seating while also cleaning tables to keep everything running smoothly. Her dedication and friendly attitude did not go unnoticed. Great customer service all around! I'll definitely be back.“

“Christian was so rude, disrespectful for the whole time my husband and I were there this morning. Came up and snatched my husband's drink to refill it. But wouldn't remember to refill mine at all. Forgot to give us our sausages, almost gave them to the next customers that just came in. Wanted us to yell our order across the restaurant to give him our order. Was annoyed he had to come closer because I dont speak very loudly like that. Never refilled my drinks. Seemed annoyed with anyone coming in. We wont be back. Completely bizarre.“

“I went to this waffle House this morning for breakfast everything was perfect The atmosphere was perfect, wasn't too crowded it wasn't busy we had the attention of our waitress, which she was in training but still wasn't a problem because she did a very good job. The food was great I'm going to show my receipt without the address only because I don't want the waitress to get in trouble but I feel as if she was not trained with giving a nickname for how to order the food versus just to order she wouldn't have been so nervous to were she messed up at this point because this receipt is ridiculous.only thing is that I wish the trainer would have allowed her to call out the orders in her own way and probably critique it at the end versus giving her the code names for skinniest cat tumbleweed over lobster hole... And to not just trained on how to take orders they need to know policies as well. as far as the guests are allowed to receive senior discounts or not“
