“Amanda is friendly and genuine as well as insightful. . She saw a spill by my elderly mom so she cleaned it up to prevent my mom falling. She was genuinely eager to meet each request. I’d gladly sit in her section again for outspending service and dining experience.“

“Love this location! My mom and I enjoy coming to treat ourselves here once in a while and the staff is always so friendly and attentive! 😊 our waitress Janyia was so nice and quick to bring our order out, she was also training a new hire at the same time so she did a great job. The food and drinks are always tasty as well, will be back again soon !“

“La Calle Doce is a gem! We went for Friday lunch and loved everything—the cozy, beautifully maintained old house, peaceful vibe, and excellent service. I had the lunch special with fish soup and a ceviche tostada, and my husband had the salmon salad. Both were incredible, and the spicy ranch waters were a fun bonus. Some of the best food I’ve had in Dallas—can’t wait to go back!“

“Family outing, the food was amazing. I want to confess that I'm not a major Mexican food eater, but On The Border has my vote. Instead of having beef fajitas, they were able to substitute the beef with Mushrooms to make it Vegan, it was prepared well and so so so delicious😋 Sorry I forgot to take pictures but take my word for it, it was yummy 😋😋😋 I will put On The Border on my list for a nice place to eat and are willing to turn food into a vegan meal. I was happy.
Vegetarian options: Vegan wasn't on the menu but they will adjust and modify the dish to make it Vegan at your request. Also there are vegan items that are not labeled vegan.
