“The food is pretty good. The fish is excellent. The incense they burn in this place is disgusting. I want to smell food while Im eating...Im not meditating and dont like the smell of burning deodorant. I know they work here and are sick of the chicken smell but this is about customers with money. That does not mix. Burn that crap at home. Im sticking to Texas City Hartz which has more options and cheaper without the weird smell.“

“I can’t recall having a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, and today’s interaction with Joey at the drive-thru was especially pleasant. He had great energy and was very friendly. I initially thought he was a manager, but he mentioned he’s actually a trainer. I’m sure his positive attitude and excellent customer service skills will leave a lasting impression on all the trainees he works with.“

“when i tell you i’ve been having the WORST experiences lately with fast food chains- (especially with Chick-fil-a in Texas City) I kid you not today was one of the best experiences. Whoever took my order and the person that made my order did everything correctly. customer service was on point, every sauce i asked for was in the bag. And the food was actually fresh and hot. Didn’t even have to wait that long. So thank you to the people who were working today at 4:08pm.“

“Had the munchies coming back from fishing. Happened to see this Taco Bell still open , at 1AM on a Monday night. There were 4 cars ahead of me in line. From the time I ordered , to the time I got my food , it was maybe 5 minutes. It was fast , my food was hot , and exactly how I ordered it. The service was great. The girl taking orders was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely stop by here again.“

“I used to hate coming to this Sonic because they were EXTREMELY slow & always messes up the food. But today, being it was one of the only places open after Hurricane Beryl, we had to come here. I don't know what they did, if it's new management or what, but the service was EXCELLENT today!! Super sweet girls that brought our food out & the food was impressive!“

“EDIT: Good to know that 5 YEARS after this post, this is still the worst Sonic on the planet! Garbage staff, garbage management, inedible food.. No, I didn't go back, just had a friend tell me how terrible this location is. I referred him to this post from 5 years ago.. Bulldoze this location, please.. Worst Sonic i have ever been to. Keep trying to give them a chance... Food is always awful, wait is always rediculous...i feel sorry for the carhops, because they are pretty nice. The cooks SUUUUCCK so bad. Management...fire your whole kitchen staff, and start over...they are terrible, terrible, terrible...it is obvious they care nothing for the quality of product they serve. Everything is AWFUL...EVERY. TIME. I. HAVE. TRIED... This is the last time...never again...i hope this location closes...it ruins the Sonic name...and I feel bad for the future of the kids that work there...they care nothing about their jobs, and the awful food quality shows their lack of work ethic...goood luck....“

“Ive been comimg here for about two years and i absolutely love this place! Fountain drinks are only 87 cents! But most of all Ashley!!!!! If you guys havent met her you need to go there now! She such a helpful cashier. She is an even better cook! She even helped me sign up for the rewards program!!! The only cashier to even mention it! Long story short this is the place to shop!!!“
