“Everything you want in a Ramen restaurant. And yes Duck is the way to go! You can tell by my pictures that the duck is grilled nicely and tender as a high quality steak. The best part about my meal was the service. As I was reading the reviews on the dish I noticed that people didn’t like the broth so much and so much spoke with our server to see if she could modify it and she had no problem doing so. I asked for a more hardy chicken broth with a spiced up kick and she knew exactly what I was asking for. This is you Wagamama hack! Customize your broth with the waiter and you won’t be disappointed.My duck was amazing! The broth was on point and had so much flavor. I also ordered the chicken gyoza and the soy sauce is what made that appetizer. My friends did the same thing I did with customized ramen broth and they loved it. Sad to say I was only in town for a day but if I was staying longer I would have come back multiple times. The customer service alone was great and the fact that they were willing to customize the broth without a charge or complaint is something you don’t see any more in customer service.So if you made it this far in my review, stop reading and order the duck already and customize your broth! “I had a wonderful experience. The staff, and especially the store manager, are extremely friendly, professional, and customer oriented. The food and drink was great. I ordered the "On your Way" roll and the strawberry Boba drink. I was very impressed with both. I really like the tables and chairs. The seating arrangement is great and it's decorated very nicely. This is a smaller restaurant in a walkable community with some great street-style Asian fusion food.I got the bibimbop with bulgogi steak in the hot stone bowl and it was truly a head turner! “I don't know how I didn't know about this spot as much as I love dumplings! I was in deep Ellum and after a concert a friend suggested we go get dumplings and I will say I was confused because 1. It was late 2. I have never heard of this place. We walked in and this place is pretty much a self sufficient spot where you place your order via the kiosk, you get your receipt and wait for your name to come up on the board to tel you that your order is ready in which you scan your receipt and the locker opens for you to pick up your food. My only issue was my food was put on the top level and I couldn't reach my food so I had to ask the guy to please get my food for me. The dumplings were good, I was given the option of steamed or fried - I went with steamed - however next time I think I'll try fried. My friend who brought me here had some type of soup dumpling that came with rice . . . She really enjoyed it. There is plenty of seating and they are open late so if you are craving some dumplings, check this place out.“

“It is so nice to have a healthy, fresh option here in Oak Cliff now. I ordered the Shrimp Bowl with veggies and was not disappointed, as it came with a tangy, Asian glaze. My wife got the WaBa bowl with veggies, which is basically a combination of chicken and steak, which she topped with a garlic serrano sauce. My kids got a chicken taco with spicy mayo and slaw and were quite satisfied when they finished. The next time I'm in the mood for a quick, fresh meal, I'll be back!“
