“This place is a total hidden gem! I’ve ordered pickup here about five times now, and it’s always on point. The food is DELICIOUS, and the service is fast and friendly every single time. I’m so happy I found such a great sushi spot nearby!

“We walked in to pick up a to go order and were warmly greeted. The server was kind to share some of the restaurant history and asked for a review, which as business owners, we like to oblige and want to help other businesses. He threw in a mango lassi with our order, which was not expected and SO delicious. All of our food was AMAZING and enough to have for lunch the next day. We ordered garlic naan, Gobi 65, Malabar with beef and veggies, chicken and lamb biryani.“

“Need a date night spot? Need to eat before a show at the Myerson? If you are seeking Italian? This is it. Oso buco stuffed pasta and the papperdelle with wagyu bolognaese were our main courses. We shared a grilled romain salad with a house dressing that was rich and laid on fresh burratta. There is some slight fusion going on like the brushetta with the Waygu beef, caramelized onions and the acid of the basalmic then the brine from caviar. It was a delightful bite. The complimentary flavored ricotta flight and Limoncello was a nice treat. We enjoyed lovely cocktails and the voice of the piano player was amazing.“

“We brought my Mother to the Adolphus for her 92nd birthday, as she had fond memories of the hotel from many decades ago. The staff, (everyone we encountered from the parking valets to the City Hall Bistro employees, to the concierge and more) were all so welcoming and gracious. We had brunch at the City Hall Bistro and every single employee could not have been more personable and attentive, from Steph (our server) to the front desk, to those who kept our water glasses refilled. Impeccable. What a treat and great morning for my mother. Plus this glorious and historical hotel is completely gorgeous and hugely well-maintained.

Nice portion sizes and attentive staff. The crab cake melt and chili we're stand outs, being from Miami and having authentic ceviche was a bit disappointed in their rendition of the dish but I'm in Texas so I didn't expect much 😅. We got a mixture of 5 specialty rolls. The Burning your stomach and the Threesome Special were two of my favorites. We also got the Franky & Boom Boom Nipple Roll both delicious. Literally every one of the rolls were heavenly! I didn’t realize how big the rolls were though! The Japanese egg roll wonderful as well!!“

My only complaint is that it's very loud like a bar but if that doesn't bother you then I absolutely would recommend you eat here. If the noise is too much maybe just get an order to go. “4/19/25. The general manager, Ish, is a treasure! I have never seen a manager more engaged with the customers and his staff. He seated us and took our drink order and stopped by several times to check on us. You could tell how much he is loved by all the customers greeting him with hugs. He is always impeccably dressed and his signature hair is fabulous. We were seated by the bar and I’ve never seen a more efficient group behind the bar. The bartender was making multiple drinks from the extensive drink menu with ease. His bar back was on top of it as well. We only wish we were closer (we’re north of Denton) to go more often instead of just when the Dallas Stars are playing.“
