Carl's Jr in El Paso

“This is a cj's. If you've had a double Western bacon cheeseburger anywhere else these ones will taste exactly the same. The onions on the one I had were a little chewy but everything else was good. El Paso water tastes bad but not much you can do about that. I recommend getting ice tea or fruit punch. Staff were friendly and accommodating.“

“I have been getting the breakfast burger lately, but the sausage biscuits are bomb 💣 and just one will fill you up. Carl's Jr have some tasty sandwiches both breakfast and lunch. Burgers flamed broiled are very tasty 😋 👌🏾. I don't have any photos cause that's how delicious the food is.“

“I did the 2 cheeseburgers for %5. They were actually 2 dbl cheeseburgers. Nice & juicy. Took awhile bc I believe the front lady was shorthanded. But she did well dealing w both drive-ups & walk-ins. I've been there before as a restaurant mgr. She did great.“

“I love this location but my worse pet peeve is when employees think it's OK for others to do their job while they play on their phones in several different positions. Thank God for the blonde lady with glasses and the new kid or he would have put her in a cross contamination situation. SMH then he went to sit down an continue like he owned the place very unprofessional. Wow!! I didn't see any other managers working or we would have made a compliant. “Went for breakfast with my husband,I had the French toast sticks meal with coffee. The food was good the coffee was a little weak but I didn't expect it to rival a coffee house. The dinning area was clean and the staff were friendly. I would go again to try the breakfast burger“

Excellent customer service. My wife and I had been trying to install the Carl's Jr app to order online ahead of time. We had been unsuccessful in doing so. Javier and Edgar, were very helpful in installing the app and helping us use it. We are very pleased and appreciate their patience and kindness. They were pleasant and professional when taking our food order. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and served hot. Great dining experience in this restaurant location. Thank you!

“By far the nastiest Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. They took forever to take my order in lobby and after I literally see the staff push down the trash of how full it was with his hands and just go back to the working and making food not washing his hands or anything. The food was just nasty I’ve literally been all around carls jr in El Paso and I’ve never had some nasty stuff like this. The staff was not gretting at all just a lil bad face the whole time nasty and awful place to visit no tables where clean they need to get it together or something it’s so horrible .“

“On our way to a long drive home, I made a stop for food to take. Went through the drive-thru quick is usually a risk. The female that took the order was thorough then the young man that was at the window was polite, and able to relay order. When they did not put ranch to go with the fried zucchini, I asked for some and he quickly complied. All food was placed in the bag. All food was delicious. They have a good thing going. It says more the fact that, it was Christmas and they were working.“
