Great customer service, and the food was good as always
I rarely leave reviews but I felt the need to take the time to leave this review. I had recently purchased from this location and had a slightly bad experience but the manager Robert completely rectified the situation and made it right!! He also personally reached out to me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my experience. If you see this review Robert I appreciate you making things right and i will continue purchasing at your location!!
I've always had really positive experiences visiting this particular Copia location. Although I did notice the whole staff seemed to be standing around, and one girl in the back was on her phone, I understand that it might not be a very busy time. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure that there's a considerable amount of cleaning that needs to be done.
