“When entering the restaurant I was greeted by a nice smiling face at the cash register. She has pleasant voice and easy to talk to when gathering the information for my order. Then while filling my drink I looked around the Rand the place was spotless. The atmosphere was pleasant with the music at good level. The tables have flowers on them which showed me the employees take pride in their work.“

“As good as it can get as far as hot dog fast food is concerned. The service isn't lightning fast, but often the fries and such are fresh. The staff is always friendly. The drive through is some sort of AI ordering system, but it's pretty accurate. Wide drive through if you're in a large vehicle.“

“We go to BOSS when we are in El Paso, we have no complaints. It's quiet with background music and over all calm. It has great chicken, fries, and hot dogs. The service is usually quick and the cashier is polite. All around now complaints.“

“I came for lunch and had a salad. Raul saw me and very kindly asked me if i wanted a cup of water. Wow! If this is not amazing customer service then i dont know what is. He gaved me a smile and a cup of water so i wouldn't choke on my salad. These little things matter so much. Thank you!“

“Honestly, I haven’t been to this location in years, but after returning today, I can confidently say this was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Sergio, the older woman working in the back, and the younger guy back there were all absolutely amazing. Everyone acknowledged me, checked to make sure I didn’t need anything else, and made me feel genuinely welcomed the entire time.
The food was fresh, hot, and so delicious, but the customer service truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I was so impressed that I even had to leave a tip. Thank you all again for going above and beyond and making my visit such a great one. Because of the service I received today, I will definitely be returning!“

“This long johns was rebuilt not long ago due to a fire. Restaurant is clean. I always ask for condiments and they dont forget them when going to the drive thru. Food is good and usually since I order the family meal I have to wait a few more minutes but my food is made fresh. I just saw that as of June 2026 they started carrying cheesecake from cheesecake factory. I havent tried it yet but will next time.“

“We ate here for the 1st time and I was impressed. The food was good and I was surprised. I can definitely see this being a good spot to go to for lunch but we went on a Friday night so it wasn't packed at all.

“Food here is always what I would expect from Arby's. As a franchise, this place is solid for hot deli sandwiches and similar offerings. Gyros and the beef and cheddar sandwiches are always on point with fresh ingredients, and every online order we've made has been packed with care.
The service at this location is great. The manager seems to be working there every time we go to eat here, and is always incredibly friendly and talkative. Even after just ordering twice from here, they know us and give us our order.
This location got renovated within the past few years, but I appreciate that they kept the old tall hat sign up. I miss when fast food places would have more visual flavor and neat decor. This makes the location so memorable and distinct, and Dyer Street would have something missing without it.
Generally, Arby's isn't the vibe for a lot of people in the area, but this location hits if you remember it from elsewhere in the US.“

“Peanuts: everything is fried in peanut oil there are bags of peanuts at the entrances. It's a great very good burgers thick sliced tomato bacon cheese meat patty. The fries are skin on fried in peanut oil. Shakes all start as vanilla then you can add topping/blend in s. It's just so expensive! 48.00 for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks.“

“Ive never been to a long John silvers before. Craving somr seafood at a late hour I decided to give this place a try. It was very decent and was treated very nice by the workers.
Salmon, shrimp, fried fish, and cheese bites are my favorite and satisfied me greatly. Tha k you for the great first expeirnce!“

“I went through drive thru yesterday afternoon and my food was so good, I pulled over to wait to get the peach cobbler dessert. The girl in the drive thru was so quick, exceptional and kind, “Lluvia” is an amazing employee who went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She was so good I had to ask her name. It’s employees like these that keep us coming back. Great employee. Great experience!!“

“Yesterday the store was abslotely packed drive thur was backed up 6p . I decided to walk in to make my purchase. It was obvious that the staff was doing there best . Hats off to the crew dealing with customers that cant see the obvious but only want there order. Staff stayed very professional and courteous.I want to let them know they dont go unnoticed. I left without getting my purchase but only due to my time restaint.Hats off to your team i hope u see and reward hardwork“

Had to come back and add to this, somebody came up to us asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything, which was unexpected for a Canes, some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. They don’t have a tip jar unfortunately, I would be super happy to leave a nice tip for all these wonderful people!“
