“I went in today during the lunch rush at noon and request a big dessert order . Again probably not the best time to order but the female manager on duty was very professional she check to see if she could accommodate my order. Her customer service was above a beyond while taking care of my order she was also taking care of other customers orders as well ... “This is for the owner or manager of the 655 Redd Road location in El Paso. I'm not sure whether the bushes by the street are owned by you or the city, but the big bush should really be trimmed down in my opinion. I exit this driveway a lot and cannot see oncoming traffic very well without sticking my nose way out in the street. Thanks for looking into this.“

“We had our mobile food order stolen that was sent out for delivery and a store worker named Neil was able to help us out through this issue. He was able to give us our order when we drove to the store and was very polite about the whole situation and an excellent attitude was shone to someone that was frustrated. Thank you!“
“I had never been to this Jack in the Box. It is small but man the worker in the dining area was constantly cleaning, sweeping, taking trash out. The manager was so nice he was taking orders out to drive thru and helping a lot inside. I hope they all know what a great job they are doing. Food was excellent too.“
“I stopped by Jack in the Box to pick up a larger lunch order for the family. I ordered three burger meals and two 5-piece chicken orders, so it wasn't exactly a small order. Even with that, the entire process was quick. From placing my order to having the food in my hands, I was there for less than 10 minutes.
Eva was the cashier who helped me. She was polite from start to finish, took my order, handled the payment, and even brought the food out to me when it was ready. Those little touches make a difference, especially when you're traveling and just want a quick, easy meal.
One thing I really appreciated was that every sauce I requested was actually in the bag. It seems like such a small detail, but drive-thrus and fast food restaurants often miss those kinds of requests. It was nice not having to dig through the bag only to realize something was forgotten.
The food was hot, the order was accurate, and the service was efficient. Nothing fancy, just a smooth experience with friendly customer service and attention to the details. When you're looking for a quick meal on the road, that's really all you can ask for, and this location delivered exactly that.“
