If you are craving Mexican comfort food, this is a good choice. Their Mexican plate is a great assortment of home style cooking. The people are very friendly. Parking is a little tricky, but worth it
Food 4/5: The food was ok, but the brisket and barbacoa burritos' meat werea little bland. Added the salsa from the chips for more flavor.Service 5/5: Service was quick and accurate. Can't ask for much more :)Atmosphere 3/5: The seating area had a couple of bars that looked like they were used for clutter and/or storage. It was a little unprofessional, but the place was clean otherwise.

I have tried many, many Mexican restaurants in El Paso and I like Lulu's best. I may not be Mexican, but I know Mexican food and have eaten it all over the country. The cheese enchiladas here are the best I've ever tasted because the sauce is so flavorful. I also like their chile rellenos, which aren't on the menu for some reason.
