Pizza Hut in El Paso

“I live right around the corner from this Pizza Hut and have for years now. Every time I order from here the pizza is amazing and looks practically the same each time. Always ready when it says it’ll be ready, quality superb and again, the frequency in which this restaurant makes perfect pizza every time is impressive. My go to for the weekends and cudos to this location and staff for being so consistent!“

“Sarah greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, despite being busy. She was also incredibly helpful, kind and hardworking, with a fantastic attitude. She was also so courteous to delivery drivers. She is a gem! Will definitely be back again!“

“I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut! The facility was incredibly clean, and the prices were excellent. The pizza tasted amazing, especially the Meat Lovers. A huge shoutout to Aaron for providing excellent service—he made the visit even better. I highly recommend this location!“

“Pizza was on par with any pizza hut, love it, hate it, thats on you. But for a one time experience with this place the workers are awesome to deal with. I made a grubhub order that for some reason was taking forever to process one of the workers offered me a free drink while I waited and then it finally came through the the team hastily made my order in under 10mins. Awesome team of individuals you have here pizza hut! Thanks for the pizza and good customer service!“

“The assistant manager Luis and his team are doing everything right. There were a few hiccups and delays due to some equipment issues outside their control, but they delivered an excellent experience nonetheless. The restaurant was well maintained and the atmosphere is what you would expect. Sad that the restaurant was slightly empty, because with everything firing on all cylinders like this it should be packed. Great team, food, and exactly what you want to receive. No one out pizzas The Hut.“

“I think the food made here was absolutely delicious! Took quite a bit to get my order though, but the numerous cashier made it worth my while! You get the drinks right away, so be careful not to finish before your food is ready. Awesome vibes from this location, will come again!!“

“Normally, ordering takeout last minute due to my schedule, working in the industry, noticed it in and his attention to detail and customer service skills are extraordinary. Every time I come to the spot I get the service that I’m looking for it being fast food you don’t get that very often. Fernie also looked out more than anything young gentleman like this should be recognized no matter where we’re working everybody’s got Heart and when you move a heart, customer is actually notice this . FANTASTIC service“

“Me and my cousin went to this Pizza Hut and the food and experience was really amazing I definitely recommend going to this Pizza Hut especially the employee who helped us, Jose was the best and brought our food out faster than any Pizza Hut we’ve gone to thank you!“

“More of a Papa John's fan, but the pie I had, yes I said pie, I'm from NY! was thin crust, with pineapple, grilled chicken, and spinach (delicious) perfect crunch, my wings I got for the super bowl, for 15 mins after my complete time, I had two half done, but I'll go back for the pizza, not wings LOL“

“I enjoy coming here. The food is always hot and tasty, service is kind and friendly, and it’s always clean. I enjoy coming during the day on weekdays to eat while I get some work done on my laptop. Super chill area with lots of local pride and I get a great study spot.“

“Delivery was fast and easy I ordered online the food was hot and fresh , normally, when I go to other locations, the pizza is already all cold and the crest is hard but this location every time I return, I always get excellent service and fresh food“

“I wanted to give a quick shout out to the shift manager Damien. The store faced a power outage this afternoon and caused a delay in orders. As customers began to lose their patience, Damien remained calm, and handled angry customers way better than most would have. He was efficient in getting orders out and kept a kind attitude throughout the hour that we were there waiting. From a former Pizza Hut employee, I know how difficult situations like this can be and I really just wanted to give Damien the recognition he deserves! (Lost the receipt so I couldn’t do the survey lol) 😊“

“Had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Ginger and the manager did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of.

It’s always nice to visit a place where you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. Keep up the great work!“

“This location has that throwback stuffed crust flavor that has been missing! Sure the other places do too right now but when Stephanie is working that crust comes out perfect! Should have her teach other locations how to not get Out Pizza’d“
