“This is by far my favorite Popeyes in all of El Paso. It's mainly because of the down-to-Earth people that work here. The food is basically the same as every other Popeyes for the most part. It's the people that make the experience that much more welcoming.“
“Ordered 4 Piece All Breasts. 3 were great and one had virtually no meat...just alot of breading. Used the app and service was fast but I did have to wait for apple pies to cook after arriving. Pies were good. Service was warm and friendly. Will be back.“

I KNOW MOST FAST-FOOD PLACES DO NOT PAY NEAR WHAT THESE WORKERS DESERVE, BUT I SURE KNOW WHEN I SEE A WORKER THAT DESERVES TOP PAY AND THESE TWO LADIES ARE IT!
I HAVE FOUND OUT, AS A BUSINESS OWNER, THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND THAT IS WHY MOST OF THESE WORKERS IN FAST FOOD STORES REALLY DON'T CARE.
THE WAGE THEY'RE PAID IS PEANUTS TO THE WORKLOAD THEY ARE TASKED WITH!“

“I passed by the drive thru today (Aug 14 4:50 pm) and i was helped by such a nice employee. I didn’t get his name but he was young and had what looked like long hair tied back. He was so nice and had such a kind smile it literally warmed my heart. He didn’t do anything “extra”, he was just so nice it was worth mentioning. I hope he has a great day, great week, great year, great life.“
“Prices have increased while the size of the tenders have shrunk considerably. The Montana/Tierra Este location at least gives more if the pieces are nugget sized rather than actual tenders.
Thr order of rice & beans was HORRIBLE. There was maybe a tablespoon of rice on top of the most WATERY beans...... YUCK!!
I have only two words for Popeyes....

“I had a really great experience at Popeye's on Montana by the Walmart I did arrive minutes before closing, Eileen my cashier she gave me great customer service she didn't hesitate to ask the manager to drop fresh chicken she even provided me with fresh fries and fresh biscuits the wait was 15 minutes but it was totally worth it I'm very happy and very satisfied with my service and Eileen made me feel welcome and the chicken was awesome store number 12104 is the best I wasn't able to make the survey online so I'm taking my time to make this review can't wait to go back and eat there the restaurant is always clean specially the restrooms the outside parking lot is always nice and neat no trash and the drive the drive through time is not a long time I am very happy cashier Eileen should get a high five!!“
“Staff were friendly which is one of the things I look for people in customer service. There was a slight problem with my order but the supervisor/manager immediately took care of it. The chicken was crispy compared to other chicken restaurants/fast food restaurants that I tried thus far in El Paso. I was surprised. If we’re not in tight budget, I would have gone back for dinner.😁“
