“Personal Pizza is spot on. It's make it your own, hot and ready in about 5 minutes. I've had it several times. Eat in or take out. About $6 or $7 bucks.”

“This hole in the wall, has amazingly food, and fabulous service. I believe the same family has owed and ran it for over 100 year. Small yes…I think a few booths and the counter with bar stools to eat at. Don’t be in Waco, near vtecks and not give it a try. They close early 3:30 on Saturday!”

It’s a little pricey, but that’s because grow all the food that they serve from my understanding. Let me tell you, the food is wonderful. Peach Sweet Tea, table bread, and Corn Fritters are a must try. Family friendly atmosphere. Very clean facility. We will be back.”

“This is one of my favorite spots in Waco! The owners Armando and Courtney are awesome. They definitely know their wine and have a top notch selection of Spanish and other wines from around the world. The food, prepared by Chef Armando, is delicious! Traditional Spanish dishes that never miss! They offer live music most nights, and the overall vibe is great. It is definitely a must for anyone looking for a place to hang or even bring a date downtown. 5 stars! Cheers!”

“This place is great! I would definitely recommend this place to people visiting Waco. The staff was very friendly and didn’t make us feel weird for asking for certain accommodations on our food. They were also extremely patient! We were looking at the menu for awhile, there’s so much to choose from. We ended up ordering the Chile Relleno Burrito, a Carne Asada Taco, and Chile Verde Fries with the meat on the side. We also ordered the hot carrots, guacamole, and Salsa Fresco.”

“We were planning a one day visit to Waco to have breakfast and then visit the Waco Mammoth NM, but it turned out that the restaurant we were planning to visit requires booking few weeks in advance... so we changed our plan and visited first the Waco Mammoth NM and then had lunch.
The thing is that by the time (3 PM) we were ready for the lunch, it was too late for lunch or too early for dinner for most of the restaurants in Waco, therefore they were closed.
Thanks God we found Torchy's Tacos.
I had a Breakfast burrito and my wife a couple of tacos (one Democrat and one steak fajita... the former is like mexican "barbacoa").
My burrito tasted amazing, it was an extraordinary combinations of flavors and textures.
They should include coffee on their beverages options.”

“Decided to take a drive to get out of the house and came upon this establishment.A great family business that has exceptional food , service and most importantly a genuine friendliness !Had BBQ brisket and a chicken thigh that was full of smoke flavor as well as great seasoning and very tender. If you add sauce to the meat you will be cheating your taste buds out of a wonderful experience. The sides of choice for me were coleslaw and beans which were very flavorful. I intended not to have a dessert, but when I seen banana pudding I could not resist. It was creamy with the right amount of sweetness that was not over sweet.”
