I ordered a Carmel frappe in the drive thru & when I got up to the window I was asked to park in a order pickup spot. REALLY?? For a frappe. I waited over 7 minutes for it. 7 minutes for a drink.
Check all of your expectations at the door. This is one of the few locations that has a play place. Otherwise it’s underwhelming: dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, terrible service, and barely mediocre food. Typical of 99% of McD’s these days.

Despite some inconsistencies in food quality, the restaurant's service is generally quick and reliable. The parking area can get congested, and wheelchair accessibility may be limited due to illegal parking, though they had ramps for the disabled customer and close parking. However, some staff members provide excellent customer service and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The place looked pretty clean outside and it was nice and clean inside. Overall, McDonald's provides a convenient and satisfying dining experience, with hot'n spicy sandwiches and fries that are loved, and a happy meal for a kid with nuggets or cheeseburgers.
