I got chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread (yummy) AND the PB & banana flatbread (WOW!)! Both were delicious! You know what I DIDN’T get?? A SMOOTHIE!!! I genuinely spaced! Young gentleman behind the counter offered me a water when he saw I had no drink. So kind! I was waiting for my ride and they didn’t give me grief for “hanging out”. Very kind! 😍

“Found this place after going for a run at the Trinity trails and I am so glad I did! It’s got so many options and they’re all so healthy so you can pick anything knowing it’s going to taste great and BE great for your body. Along with their menu items they have coolers with alot of vegan made items like their own ranch, pasta salad, chikn salad, hummus, trail mix pieces, bottled and canned drinks and alot more. The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the magazine and smoothie while sitting outside at one of their tables. It’s now a part of my post workout routine! It’s right off of 7th so be aware that you have to either pay for close parking or park on the street for cheaper and walk to it. It’s a quick walk and totally worth it.“

I'm a caffeine junkie so I've had all the other guys... even the independent spots and this hands down is my favorite. “Staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere says very welcoming atmosphere . The only issue was when a Turkish person orders a Turkish coffee they know if they’re getting the real thing or not. This was not a Turkish coffee, but the presentation was outstanding.“

“I was around the area and searched coffee shop near me and found The Perk. Getting there, I realized it was in a church. I tried it out and looked very cozy, and there is plenty of seating area and definitely plenty of parking. Ladies behind the counter were very friendly, and the latte i ordered was very tasty. I highly recommend it. 👌“

“Very flavorful, very clean. The birria and tacos (asada, barbacoa, pastor) were good, and the salsa helped add a kick to each bite. The salsa bar was fun and trying each salsa made the experience great. Each salsa was good as well. The horchata is house-made and not too sweet.

If I had to say anything negative, it is the price. I personally thought the price was higher than other local taco joints, especially since these tacos are a little smaller. I also thought the tacos were on the oily side.“
