“While in Texas, ONE MUST STOP at the famous WHATABURGER!😋 On our way back to San Antonio from the San Juan Basilica, we stopped off here to enjoy our Texas WB. We parked to enjoy our late afternoon meal, and what my eyes noticed quickly was the outside of the store's cleanliness! No paper waste. No discarded beverage cups. The store front-immaculate! As I was discarding my trash, I noticed the store manager unloading beverage cups from his truck, but I did not note his name, I complimented him on the store front's spectacular neatness and cleanliness. He was graciously surprised that I approached with a genuine and sincere compliment. “The food was Excellent! Did I mention they have the BEST onion rings!! Shout Out to the cook Gloria Lara! We got our food so quick and piping hot!! My kids love the Chicken Strip Dinner and I always make sure to get me some onion rings with my burger.“

“Stopped in for a bite to eat on the go. We were traveling back home to San Antonio. The food and service were great. Hard workers! You all deserve a job well done. You know we were a little skeptical off stopping on our way home. We did not see any cars in the parking lot, but I am sure glad we did. The food was great and the blizzard was great. “Long story short. I was having an extremely bad day. My family and I pulled into McDonald’s to resolve an issue. We got it resolved, and then decided to eat there. I didn’t catch the name of the General Manager, but she took my order. I gave her a 45 second synopsis of my words, and she was just so charming! She was kind, listened to me and shared some of her story.
I was on the verge of tears anyway, and her sympathy made me tear up in the best way.
The food was hot and tasty, but her personal touch was more important to me in that moment!“
