About McDonald's

McDonald's offers a mixed experience according to reviews. While some praise the sweet and attentive service, others criticize the cleanliness and staffing issues. Customers have had mixed experiences with food quality, from soggy chicken nuggets to perfectly cooked fries. Recent visits highlighted excellent customer service from staff members who went out of their way to be kind and helpful. However, some customers reported confusion regarding meal options, such as not being able to exchange apple slices for extra fries, leading to dissatisfaction. There have also been complaints about incorrect orders, like receiving a sausage mcgrill with an unexpected sweet bun or missing items from app orders. Despite these hiccups, the staff at this location are often friendly and caring, making the visit more comfortable. During a difficult situation when a family’s car broke down nearby, the restaurant staff showed extra kindness by allowing the family to stay and enjoy food and entertainment while waiting for help. The restaurant offers deals through the app, and while it doesn't have a play area, there are several computer screens with games to keep children occupied. Overall, the staff's kindness and helpful attitude stand out, making this McDonald's a welcoming place despite some common issues.
