“Stopped in for a bite to eat on the go. We were traveling back home to San Antonio. The food and service were great. Hard workers! You all deserve a job well done. You know we were a little skeptical off stopping on our way home. We did not see any cars in the parking lot, but I am sure glad we did. The food was great and the blizzard was great. Thank you for what you all do and hope to see you all again soon next time we pass thru town. Keep up the great work!!!“

“Food was 10/10 - the cook did a good job cause the burgers were hot and fresh.
Service- the runner brought our order out, and we had ordered a plain hamburger ( you know kids) and they asked for the burger that they brought out and threw it right into the trash, but brought us a fresh burger afterwords.

“The Alamo Whataburger is ALWAYS our favorite. The manager always makes sure we are taken care of. Rolando truly cares about his customers!!

Parking: Busy place so need to watch parking carefully. We always make a left turn out of the parking lot so it's busy busy busy!“

“The food is as good as expected but where this place really shines is their customer service! While dining in with my family I happen to overhear the cashier ask every single elderly person and anyone with kids if they needed help with their take out orders. We simply ordered a pepperoni pizza for the kiddos and the wife and I shared some wings. As simple as the order was the waitress never hesitated to continue to try and accommodate!!“

“Our car broke down recently on a trip to McAllen. We limped into Fal with an overheating van, two adults, and two kids, ages 5 and 2. This location went above and beyond in accommodating our family for the six hours we were stuck waiting for a ride. We ordered lots of food, of course, but we explained our situation to the GM, and he was gracious enough to let us set us shop while we waited. The deals in the app can't be beat, and, while there is no play area for children, they have several computer screens with games that kept our 5-year-old occupied the entire time. There are definitely worse places we could have broken down at, and I'm glad we had access to an air conditioned environment, clean restrooms, and food.“
