Church's Texas Chicken, a long-standing establishment in the Valley, is known for its fried chicken. The chicken is fried to perfection, not greasy or grease-tasting, reminiscent of a grandmother's home-cooked meal. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. A recent visit revealed fresh, hot food and quick service, with the restaurant being clean, including the restrooms. Although some employees were noted to be audibly annoyed at each other, many customers still felt treated well, claiming the service was better than a 5-star restaurant. However, there have been occasional reports of chicken being hard, suggesting it may have sat out for a while. Despite mixed reviews, Church's Texas Chicken remains a popular option for a quick bite with friendly service.
