Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
We had such a great experience at this Whataburger! (Falfurrias 3/21/2026 @6:58 pm) From the moment we ordered, the service stood out. The girl taking our order truly listened and was incredibly attentive—she asked thoughtful questions instead of making assumptions, which made us feel heard and confident everything would be just right.

While in Texas, ONE MUST STOP at the famous WHATABURGER!😋 On our way back to San Antonio from the San Juan Basilica, we stopped off here to enjoy our Texas WB. We parked to enjoy our late afternoon meal, and what my eyes noticed quickly was the outside of the store's cleanliness! No paper waste. No discarded beverage cups. The store front-immaculate!
