I had such a great experience at Dockery’s here in Karnes City! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. A big shout-out to Alexis Ayers, who made the visit even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.

“We wanted to go on a drive and try something new. We found this place after a Google search. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a very nice sugary aroma. Fresh homemade pies being made. We got the Jalapeno Poppers and Fried pickles to start with. Very tasty.
My husband got the deluxe beef and sawsage plate and it comes with a good amount of meat!
I got the Seafood platter and it was super tasty. The stuffed crab was delicious. Special note on the homemade bread... Get it toasted. It's amazing.

“Solidly good Tex-Mex in an unpretentious, comfortable, atmosphere. There was a live Tejano group playing when we were there. Too loud to talk but we LOVED IT! Wait staff is friendly and super helpful. We both had cheese enchiladas with queso dip sauce and they were delicious, as was the rice and beans. We loved the chips and salsa, too. We will most definitely be back. Perfect place to stop on our way from San Antonio to the coast.”
