I had such a great experience at Dockery’s here in Karnes City! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. A big shout-out to Alexis Ayers, who made the visit even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.

“It was my first time in this place! I came from San Antonio and I don't care if I have to drive almost an hour to get delicious food and huge portions! This place is simply one of the best I ate before! I get the steak and shrimp plate!, From appetizer the fried mushrooms! And my sides was sweet potato fries (delicious) and mashed potatoes with gravy! I repeat definitely I don't care drive all the way from San Antonio just to enjoy a nice and delicious meal! “Solidly good Tex-Mex in an unpretentious, comfortable, atmosphere. There was a live Tejano group playing when we were there. Too loud to talk but we LOVED IT! Wait staff is friendly and super helpful. We both had cheese enchiladas with queso dip sauce and they were delicious, as was the rice and beans. We loved the chips and salsa, too. We will most definitely be back. Perfect place to stop on our way from San Antonio to the coast.”
