“This is a good place. The have treated me with kindness and respect. I am a traveling field service technician. I sometimes have unusual hours. one morning I stopped here well before they had opened up and even though the were preparing for the day they opened up and made me breakfast. I had the baked salmon roll and tempura combo. The roll just melts in your mouth with some delicious sweet yet savory after taste. The tempura was crispy and cooked very well. We also had the California roll, and the dragon roll. Along with egg rolls and gyoza. Yummmy 🥰🥰🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

The service was attentive and caring, just excellent. We started with The spinach artichoke dip. amazing, the chips (I believe their famous Italian nacho chips and homemade Garlic bread slices came together like a flavor family. My wife ordered the Primavera with chicken and the cream Parmesan sauce. out worldly, amazing. I would eat that sauce on everything. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Penne. A wonderful fusion of Sharp sundried tomatoes, sauteed Garlic cloves sauce and chicken. the spice was excellent as well, not overpowering like the star of the show, but rather a supporting actor that let you know they were there. The portions were very generous. don't expect to finish your entire dish, we went hungry and left with 1/3 of each of our entrees. I would recommend this place to anyone in Dallas, or going to Dallas..I would even recommend to the owners to venture down to Houston, as we could use this in our city. You would be missing out if you didn't come through this place at least once.“

“Pappas Steak House has been my favorite high end steak restaurant in Dallas sun moving here in 2000. The service is always exceptional and Brian (our waiter) did not disappoint. Food was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed the giant prawn appetizer. Very unusual and delicious. Salads, steak and side were top notch. Looking forward to returning many times.“

“My mom and I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday around noon and, to our surprise, were seated right away. We decided to split the gumbo and a Connecticut-style lobster roll.

Now, as a native New Orleanian, I’m very picky about gumbo. I almost didn’t order it because I know how high my standards are (Chef Paul Prudhomme’s method taught me how to make a proper dark roux by hand, and I still swear by it). But their gumbo? Exceptional. Spicy, layered with flavor, and honestly one of the best I’ve had outside of New Orleans. I not only finished my cup but polished off my mom’s too.

The lobster roll was a little on the small side, but paired with the gumbo it was the perfect lunch. We even saved room for a celebratory lemon cake—compliments of the house—for my mom’s birthday. A sweet ending to an unexpectedly great meal.“

Piadas do better. Teach your staff customers service, before you lose business.“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“Awesome Times is just a really great place to get a simple quality meal with no fuss. Their burgers and sandwiches are great. Their bowls are delicious. The bar has lots of great drinks. They have hosted the Marcus Varsity Baseball team for team dinners several times and given the booster club a good deal. They were a great place for parents to come after we defeated Southlake in the playoffs. Awesome Times has catered my son’s graduation party. Awesome Times consistently makes great food and delivers excellent service. My family goes there at least a couple times a month and we plan to continue.“

We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

I just so happen to pull up the reviews as I walked in, which helped me out a lot. We were overwhelmed with the selections, as everything looked delicious. Anywho, we ordered a small deep dish meatlovers with a salad. (Since we dined in, our salad was plain with ranch, but still hella good, but if you take it home, you can add your own razzle dazzle- They have no salt/pepper, but no big deal)...had a good ol school orange Sunkist on the side, that hit the spot after bite...I felt like a satisfied Ninja Turtle lol I'm still sitting here leaving this review. 5 stars, will return ✨️ ?
