“Food was very good! I usually don't like ground beef but was eating it with a fork by itself. The queso was good, a little too much cilantro but I have the gene that makes it taste like soap but it was still very good. Octopus tacos were very good and another sashimi type appetizer was as well. Two of my colleagues were with me and they eat seafood, sushi and sashimi all over the world and one just got back from Japan and they commented on how great the food was and one of them doesn't really care for Tex-Mex so that is really saying something. I look forward to trying other things.“

“We love Rafa’s! We dine here weekly, as this is our all time favorite Tex Mex. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Joe has been taking great care of us for over 25 years and provides the best service! He knows exactly what we want to order without us ever saying a word, even the extra serranos and all! It’s always great to be greeted by Sofie’s sweet smile. These guys are like family and are what make this place so special to us.“

“A classic nothin’ fancy neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The menu has both classic Tex-Mex combos and Mexican favorites like chicken mole. Excellent, friendly service. Decent, not too sweet frozen margaritas. The small individual bowls of complimentary “borracho” pinto beans (delivered along with the also-complimentary basket of chips and good salsa) are delicious.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the strip center it’s located in.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a family place.“

“The food here is always top notch! The salsa has good flavor while not being too hot. The chips are light and crisp. The tortillas are on point. The grilled onions and peppers are at the perfect level of doneness. The bean soup I add avacado to. It’s amazing. The verde sauce and sour cream sauce on the enchiladas are so good I get both. And the acoustic panels on the ceiling are essential in a brick and concrete space that is as busy as Ebar always is. Makes for a pleasant environment. 🤌“

“Love the place but they took away the single nachos and gave me a pile of chips loaded with sour cream. The beef fajitas don’t stem like the same quality either. My advice is “do t cut corners and the place will always be packed. You have a good thing going! I’ll be back!!“

“This recommendation is cut and dry. When a restaurant stays on your “places to go out and eat” list for more than five years, I can’t help but recommend it. Ojeda's-Dallas, thank you for the hospitality and for helping me celebrate birthdays, lunches, and all those “I don’t know what to eat” days. 😎 If I had to recommend a dish, it would be the shredded chicken chimichanga with queso, rice, and beans.“

“Usually delicious queso with beef, though this time it was quite runny and not as appetizing as usual.
Great flavor in the beef fajitas, but the skirt steak was very stringy.
I brought a friend there who had never been, and the great flavors were offset by the misses.
The mixed drinks were very good, as always.

“The minute I walk in, I don’t want to leave! I meet a friend at Banditos once in a while and we sit at the bar for food, drinks and to catch up. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but I LOVE this place!! The atmosphere, the cold beer, the food - it’s all perfect. If Texas Country music, great food and cold beer is your jam, this is the place. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!“

“La Calle Doce is a gem! We went for Friday lunch and loved everything—the cozy, beautifully maintained old house, peaceful vibe, and excellent service. I had the lunch special with fish soup and a ceviche tostada, and my husband had the salmon salad. Both were incredible, and the spicy ranch waters were a fun bonus. Some of the best food I’ve had in Dallas—can’t wait to go back!“

“Today I had the best experience. I love coming to eat here. The Food is always good the customer service is very good. Today I had two encounters with Jarad and the Manager Desmond who made sure me and my family was well taken care of. Today was very busy when I came in but was greeted right away, there was a small wait time but once I was seated everything came out right away. The food was fresh and Hot. Desmond came over to my table to see how my visit was and I let him know great as usual. Please if you go to this location ask for Jarad and Desmond.“

“You can never go wrong with the brisket tacos. These life changing treats are like angels singing in your mouth. The house jalapeno ranch has a slight sweetness that really kicks off the corn tortillas.
