“Burgers are worth the wait. Delicious, hot and fresh. They are not friendly or polite by any means, they’re also slow and have zero sense of urgency. However, they do an amazing job at cooking up some patties. Fantastic burgers. 10/10 burgers easily.“

“Promised to come back for another meal since the first visit ended in being disappointed due to limpy fries and a dry burger. So 2nd visit was guarded. Ordering here is a pain. Everyone wants something different so it slows the ordering process to a snail crawl. Ordered a Monster Burger. Dry. Fries are not crisp at all, they are as limp as before. What's with limp fries? Meat is tasteless. The need to go to Culver's to compare what a burger should taste like. My wife had a Hotdogs. It was very good but again limp fries. On a scale of 5 and 5 bring superb..we would rate our meal as a 2 and it's our last visit. I will stick with Culver's and Boots Burgers for burgers.“

“Great beer and fantastic fries. Fries were super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
The beer menu is very good and has a nice variety for everyone.
Everyone really enjoyed the queso fondito!
The taco entrees were good but a bit pricey.
The quail taco was good and unique. I get that quail can be expensive for the amount of food you get.
I personally wasn’t a fan of the short rib/brussel sprout taco.
My wife’s taco bowl left something to be desired as far as portion and flavor. It was not bad, just not a $15+ plate of food.
We will be back for beer and apps!“

“The costomer service is amazing! I was just up there. I just got off of work and I felt miserable. The lady that rung me up was so sweet and so kind, I think she had piercings on the side of her lips and braids. She was very engaging and personable. She made my long long long day at work feel like it just disappeared. I hope she gets recognition for this too.“

“This is a great country restaurant that we love visiting. There was a young man (teenager) waiting tables today that did an amazing job. I wish I had gotten his name. The girls struggled staying focused today. But if you haven’t tried it, it is a must for breakfast food or lunch/ dinner food.“

“Good quality food, hot, fresh, gonna stress this again, real cheese and meat. Service was excellent even during lunch rush. Store was clean and well kept.
This is what good fast food used to be. Culver's is now a monument to what was: simple, delicious reasonable.“

Our sever, Christian was awesome & attentive. He gave some great drink recommendations, as well as appetizers.

“I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Carl’s Jr.. The service was truly unforgettable, all thanks to Ms. Sheila. She’s 74 years old and genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with so much warmth and positivity, it honestly made my entire day.
You can tell she really cares about people. Her energy was so happy and genuine, and it’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of joy to their job. It wasn’t just “good customer service” Ms. Sheila loves what she’s doing!
Ms. Sheila is a gem, and Carl’s Jr. is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.“

“Pizza Getti was okay overall. We ordered wings and drinks, and everything was decent but nothing really stood out. The wings were cooked well and the drinks were what you’d expect. The service was fine, and we didn’t have any major issues during our visit.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t one that left a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a casual place to grab a meal, Pizza Getti gets the job done. I’d consider coming back, but it’s not at the top of my list.“

“I live 15 minutes away but I always stop at this McDonald’s instead of the one in Royse City or Rockwall. Customer service tonight on April 12 was great! Had to wait a bit for my food but it was fresh and it was correct. Keep up the great work!!“
