“We tried every pizza store in Tyler and were disappointed in all of them. Then we tried Papa Murphy's, for the first time ever. The idea of baking my own pizza wasn't really appealing to me. Essentially out of desperation we tried Papa Murphy's. I wish I had tried them years sooner. Now, we don't go anywhere else for pizza; not in Tyler, anyway!
1/14/2025 - and several pizzas later we still won't go anywhere else for pizza. Papa Murphy's has remained very tasty and a great value!
3/13/2026 - We're still here eating Papa Murphy's, and are truly satisfied customers. Still great taste, great value, always on time.
4/19/2026 - Still the best pizza around these parts! Just got a 'create your own' with creamy red sauce, extra cheese, loaded with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, spinach and tomatoes! Fantastic!!!

“mr hos has good food. the only issue is the customer service. it took them putting me on hold for about 5 minutes just to tell me my total. instead of charging your card when the order is placed they wait until the order is delivered to do so. i don't like that idea of my card being open on a tab where others could add to it without me noticing. I've never had that issue thankfully.“

“All in all my experience was great. I was surprised that this and surrounding locations don’t offer delivery options outside of DoorDash. I was also disappointed that a complimentary ranch dip wasn’t included with the 12 piece wings I ordered. But I do appreciate the employee splitting it up between barbecue and hot wings.“

“We’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut twice now, and both experiences have been great. The first time, they accidentally made the wrong pizza, but they handled it quickly and were incredibly polite about fixing it. Great customer service!
The second order was perfect. The pizza was fresh, the wings were delicious, and the brownie was amazing as always. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business handles them that matters, and they definitely earned this five-star review. We’ll definitely be ordering again!“

“My family are regulars at this location for many reasons. The customer service is always fantastic and they seem to go above and beyond to make the pizza perfect each time! Alex was the cashier who helped us tonight and when he saw us come to the door he went ahead and pulled it out to have it ready to go! Thank yall!“

“Great experience. The menu is simple & cost effecience. The bathroom were clean . Friendly staff. I would say that was best pizza I have had in a long time. I can't quote , y fingers on or, whether it's the crust, or the sauce.

“The yearly membership is a great deal for Moms who need a little break , if you have kids that love to have fun and run around and still be safe!! My daughter loves it there and she invites a different friend each time. (Which I'm ok with cause it doesn't break the bank)“

“When I arrived there was a young man in front of the store cleaning and when I went in for pick up, he was cleaning inside, but when I started to get the food out of the locker, it started to fall. He was watching and immediately stepped up and took them out, bagged the smaller items to make it easier to carry and wished me a good evening on my way out. The food was hot and fresh, but the real standout was the service and initiative exhibited by this young man! Clean store and an ambitious employee, such a great experience!“

“They have one of the best salad bars... it was very fresh and clean... it's not really big, but it's awesome... the employees were really friendly... I like the fact they have kids' movies playing in one of the dining rooms, then they have the game room, they also have a quite dining room if you want to have conversations with no disruptions... “Pizza was great. Salad was fresh, except tiny croutons... exposed to air not in a container... they were not edible. The creamy Italian very good. But plastic forks to dine in? Uhhh... best to take out. Pizza done very quick, and cooked just right.“
